We were contacted by one of our pet pantry partners about a client who needed a spay. Little Nana and her dad were experiencing homelessness and were unable to afford a spay or access a voucher. The Spay Day Project covered her spay, vaccines, and microchip.
Our pet pantry contact went above and beyond and not only transported Little Nana to her appointment but also kept her overnight so she could recover in a home environment.
