October officially kicked off the Spay Day Project! Our first spay day is targeting dogs from homeless camps and PATH clients.
Three of the four dogs being spayed today had at least 26 puppies between them; this is the only way we can help break that cycle.
Each Spay Day Project dog receives a heartworm test, vaccines, microchip, and treatment for observed eye, ear, or skin infections. We loan crates to the owners for recovery.
